To do evil a human being must first of all believe that what he's doing is good... Ideology - that is what gives devildoing its long-sought justification and gives the evildoer the necessary steadfastness and determination. That is the social theory which helps to make his acts seem good instead of bad in his own and others' eyes, so that he won't hear reproaches and curses but will receive praise and honors.

No, his story is not one of many. Children who cant tie their shoelaces due to modernity is a different story. We trusted the doctors that saved Nicholas life, but they turned their backs at him and tricked us to let him particpate in a deadly experiment. He kept his spirit intact through 68 days of hurt. His spirit is a very important piece of this story, and I urge you to contemplate that and keep your inner voices in place.
